Privacy policy.

In short: we use the details from the enquiry form only to reply to you and to arrange the sale of the collection. We never sell them, and we delete them once the sale is over.

Who processes your data

The data controller is František Falta, the intermediary for the sale of Collection 4203. Contact: hot.wheels.offer@gmail.com.

What we process

• What you enter in the form: name, email, phone (optional), who you are (collector, dealer…) and your message.
• Technical data about the submission: IP address, time and browser type. Used only to protect the site against spam and abuse.
• The content of any further email or phone communication with you.

Why and on what legal basis

• Handling your enquiry and negotiating the purchase: replying, sending the catalogue, arranging a viewing and a possible contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Protecting the site against abuse (technical data). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing, send no newsletters and do no profiling.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are negotiating the sale. Once the collection is sold or the sale ends, we delete your data, at the latest 12 months after our last communication. If a purchase takes place, we keep only what the law requires (e.g. the contract).

Who has access

Only the sales intermediary and the owner of the collection, where needed for the purchase. Technical providers:

• the provider of the server this site runs on (NITEX ISP s.r.o., Czech Republic),
• Google (Gmail), which we use to receive and answer enquiries. Google may process data outside the EU, in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell or hand over your data to anyone for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and all files are served from our own server.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to hot.wheels.offer@gmail.com; we will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or the supervisory authority in your country.
